Victoria’s Nails and Salon was founded in December 2015 by Thao Nguyen, a passionate individual with a dream of running a unique, client-oriented, and community-based beauty shop. Thao has been in the beauty industry since 1999 and majored in psychology at Saint Catherine University. This background enriches her approach, making her aesthetic style more than just about beauty enhancement; it’s also about fostering strong relationships with her clients.

The salon’s namesake, Victoria, is inspired by Thao’s own daughter. Becoming a mother reinforced the importance of flexibility and balance in both family and work life. As an employer, our shop is dedicated to supporting a work-life balance for all our staff.
